Bibliotheque sources its beans from Onyx Coffee Lab, a roaster that offers some of the most unique and high-quality beans in the world. Onyx was founded in 2012 in Arkansas, and offers beans from such regions as Colombia, Kenya, and Ethiopia.
To make our espresso, we use La Marzocco's GB5 S. This machine is rooted in classical European design, coupling elegant construction with proven reliability.
We are proud to use the Ground Control brewer, a recent coffee innovation. This machine extracts more desirable flavors than any other on the market, leaving behind no undesirable bitterness. The result is exceptional drip coffee.
